I have read that W B Yeats is one of Irelandās greatest poets, and today, St. Patrickās Day, is a good day to use one of his many quotes.
The pursuit of happiness is a regular conversation with clients.
At times it might sound like āI am unhappy because I am not happyā.
Personal growth and a growth mindset are, in my experience, a key source of happiness. It is not a destination, it is a journey.
So make the journey one you want to take and worry less about the destination.
I write this as I am about to head away on holiday, so that might have something to do with journeys we want to take!
