Back to school for me today.
Apart from a few tutorials, this is the final session of the leadership training program with a team of managers based across Africa.
It has been an absolute delight to work with a team of managers that are so enthusiastic and engaged.
As I have said before, I don’t teach, I enable learning, and they have embraced this whole-heartedly.
I will be sad to come to this point, graduation, however, I am hoping we will start a new program soon.
This week will be a gentle re-introduction as I have some clients on holiday.
However, it feels great to be back planning and developing, coaching and counselling, reading and writing.
