This quote is taken from Frankl’s book “Man’s Search for Meaning”.
With the UK National Lockdown announced yesterday for “just four weeks”.
Yet today we hear “it may last longer”.
So it feels like our freedom is being curtailed once more (in societal interest).
We can choose how we respond to this.
We can be negative, cynical, gloomy, or down.
Or we can accept the things we cannot control, and control what we accept and how.
I’m the latter, for me and for my clients.
